Katie Colvin, Oilseed Merchant

I started with Cargill as a Trainee Merchant nine months ago, having previously worked in commodity risk management in the cotton industry in Brisbane I am now a Merchant on the Oil and Oilseeds desk. My main focus in this role is specialty seeds, in particular Cotton, Sunflower, Soybeans and the Cargill High Oleic Canola program. The great thing about working for Cargill is that the opportunities available in Cargill are immense, and vary from geographic locations worldwide to total career path changes within Australia.
