Cargill Australia makes their first Wheat Shipment in the Deregulated Market.

Cargill Australia marked another milestone for their business with the loading of its first wheat shipment from Australia in the recently deregulated wheat market.

The vessel ‘AZIM’ completed loading on the 19th December and will carry approximately 50,000 mt of West Australian wheat to customers in the Middle East.

The smooth execution of the cargo required excellent co-ordination between the AGA, CBH and Cargill logistics and trading teams. The wheat export shipment clearly highlights the value Cargill is able to share with the Australian farmer in the new market.

Cargill is an international provider of food, agricultural and risk management products and services. With 160,000 employees in 67 countries, the company is committed to using its knowledge and experience to collaborate with customers to help them succeed.
