Specialty Canola
Cargill in conjunction with AgVic have been developing Specialty Canola varieties suitable to the Australian growing conditions.
The new seed varieties will produce an oil with a high-oleic acid level which has zero trans fats and is low in saturates providing consumers with a healthier vegetable oil.
