Viterra's Proposed Acquisition of certain assets of Cargill Australia Limited and AWB Grainflow Pty Ltd

The parties have consulted in relation to the above proposed acquisition and have agreed that they will withdraw their Australian Competition and Consumer Commission application for review of the proposed acquisition and not proceed further with the proposed acquisition.
Cargill will continue to own and operate the GrainFlow sites and mobile ship loader and continue to source and export grain across South Australia and Victoria.
