VICTORY® Hybrid Specialty Canola Program
Our VICTORY® Hybrid canola specialty program growers produce a healthier and more stable oil for Cargill food customers.
With VICTORY® Hybrid canola, growers get a premium combined with a high performing hybrid and simple contract delivering high returns and peace of mind.
VICTORY® growers have flexible pricing, seed payment and delivery options.
The demand for stable and healthy oils continues to grow. Cargill continues to bring growers the benefits of our strong customer relationships to access higher value markets, through the VICTORY® Hybrid Canola program.

Grower Delivery Declarations
Cargill requires all VICTORY® growers to provide a signed declaration with every VICTORY® canola load.
Any loads being delivered to the crush plants at Newcastle or Footscray will also require a Grower Varietal Declaration.
Please view the delivery instructions and contact details if you are delivering to the crush plants
Please talk to your Territory Manager if you are unsure of the correct declaration required.
GROWER TIP: Print out several copies and include your contract number on all the forms before harvest!
A Simple Program for Growers
1. Choose a VICTORY® hybrid canola
- Options from Early-Mid to Late maturity Clearfield® hybrids
- Flexibility of a Mid maturity Roundup Ready® hybrid for superior weed control at Non-GM Pricing^ plus a Premium
2. Flexible hectare contract
- Nominate your hectares. If it’s too dry to plant canola, return your seed to Cargill. # (Subject to T&Cs)
3. Select a Planting Seed price & Premium to suit your conditions
- Standard hybrid seed price and a Premium.
- Lower seed price and reduced Premium.
4. Option to defer your hybrid planting seed invoice to harvest*
- Deferred hybrid seed option also includes deferring the RR technology fee to harvest for V5003RR growers.*
5. Option to return your seed*
- and cancel your contract if you have insufficient moisture to plant canola. (Subject to confirmation with Cargill)
6. Grow your crop and protect your price with the “Wash-Out Free” pricing feature.
- VICTORY V5003RR Roundup Ready canola at Non-GM pricing + VICTORY Premium!
7. Deliver your grain to Cargill.

1. Store on-farm and deliver after harvest
- Receive an additional premium to deliver direct to the Crush Plant after harvest.
- Receive premium pricing – Price VICTORY® canola from Mid-April to February (Following harvest)
Peace of mind: If the season is too dry to plant canola, Cargill cancel the contract and all seed is returned (Subject to VICTORY specialty canola terms and conditions).
Washout Free Pricing Feature
Growers in NSW have captured on average, a $20 premium, above the current market with no production risk. 50% of growers have captured this premium by pricing washout free tonnes on their VICTORY® Canola Contract.
The Washout Free Pricing Feature is a key feature of the VICTORY® Program, allowing growers to take advantage of early market pricing with no washout risk.
Outlined in the below chart is an example of the weighted average VICTORY® pricing (net of the premium) that has been locked in production risk free this season in the Port Kembla Zone.
