VICTORY® high oleic canola produces a healthier, more stable oil that is sought after by food manufacturers around the world. As demand for high-performance specialty oils continues to grow, the program connects Australian growers to premium food markets through Cargill's global customer network.
Compared with commodity canola, VICTORY® offers growers access to a fully contracted, identity-preserved supply chain with additional marketing flexibility and program support. While commodity canola is typically sold into open markets and exposed to price volatility, VICTORY growers benefit from a premium over conventional canola, flexible pricing and delivery options, and dedicated support from contracting through to delivery. Combined with high-performing hybrid varieties, the program provides a practical way to access higher-value markets while maintaining confidence in marketing and risk management decisions.
Simply put, VICTORY® combines a high-performing canola hybrid with access to premium markets, giving growers more opportunity to maximise value from every hectare.

A Simple Program for Growers
1. Choose a VICTORY® Variety
- Select from Early-Mid, Mid and Mid-Late maturity varieties and treatment system that fits your needs.
2. Select a Premium level to suit your conditions
3. Flexible hectare contract
- Nominate your hectares.
4. Seed Peace of mind
- Option to return seed and swap maturities if seasonal conditions change (Subject to availability).
5. Option to defer seed invoice to harvest
- Defer your seed invoice until harvest (subject to approval and additional cost).
6. “Washout Free’’ pricing feature
- Ability to take advantage of early market pricing with no washout risk. (Subject to T&Cs)
7. Harvest and deliver your grain to Cargill (via our GrainFlow network)
8. Store on-farm and deliver after harvest
- Receive an additional premium to deliver direct to Crush Plant after harvest, and carry payments if using on farm storage to deliver after harvest.
Grower Delivery Declarations
Cargill requires all VICTORY® growers to provide a signed declaration with every VICTORY® canola load.
Any loads being delivered to the crush plants at Newcastle or Footscray will also require a Grower Varietal Declaration.

We recommend printing out several copies and include your contract number on all the forms before harvest!
Washout Free Pricing Feature
The Washout Free Pricing Feature is one of the key benefits of the VICTORY® Program. It allows growers to lock in prices on eligible tonnes from planting, helping them capture favourable market opportunities earlier in the season. Unlike traditional forward contracts, eligible washout-free tonnes are protected if seasonal conditions affect production, giving growers greater confidence when making pricing decisions
Combined with daily market updates from the VICTORY® team and a flexible pricing window, the feature helps growers manage price risk and spread pricing decisions throughout the season.
